MILLER FITNESS MISSION:

The mission of Miller Fitness to help individuals reach their fitness goals through determination, motivation and hard work. It is our passion to coach you into the body of your dreams, whether it is losing body fat, gaining muscle or both. Do not ever doubt yourself because no matter what your body type is, your goal is reachable! You make your results, we provide the tools! We take pride in being able to offer a training facility that works for everyone. New or experienced, in shape or out of shape, you WILL feel comfortable here and it WILL work for you!  We promise you that!

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Training Facility:

Newly opened facility in Skowhegan, Maine. 4 Treadmills, Stair Climber, Elliptical, Bike, Arc Trainer. 5-100lb ROGUE Dumbbells, multiple free weight benches, racks, aerobics room and cable machines!

Personality and Engagement:

As owners of this gym, Curtis and Kianna are dedicated to their members and clients. You will find both of them at the gym almost everyday from opening to closing. This allows members to personally be engaged in conversation with them everyday.

I.S.S.A. Certified:

Both owners are Certified Personal Trainers. They are trained in everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. If you want to live a stronger and more confident life, they have the training and expertise to help you every step of the way!

First AID, CPR, AED:

This hands on skills training has prepared them to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies. It also has taught them the skills and knowledge needed to provide card for victims of sudden cardiac arrest through the safe use of an automated external defibrillator.

Help:

Need a spotter? Need a new plan? Need help with a machine? Curtis and Kianna are on site to help you. There are never any stupid questions. The goal of Miller Fitness is to make EVERYONE comfortable.

Experience:

Both owners have years of experience in the gym; Over 15 years of lifting weights and 5 years of experimenting and practicing nutrition and dieting. How bad do you want to get in shape? They will give you the tools for maximum results, to help your body get into the fat burning stage quickly!
